the interview went smoothly. the manager was funny and light hearted. she really just asked questions about myself and my experience with retail and the items being sold in that store.

how would you deal with finding out that one of your co workers are stealing? what would you do?
The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.
A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.
