Interview
The whole process took about 3 months. It started with an initial phone screen, then group interview. I then submitted a conflicts and reference check and got the offer a week after.
The process was pretty standard. There was 20 minute phone screen and then an hour group interview. Once the group interview was complete, they did a reference check. It all took a little over a month to complete once I received the invitation to phone screen.

Describe a situation when you received feedback. What, if anything, did you do with it?
35 minute phone screening about background/qualifications, then a 1.5 hour-long video interview focused on behavioural questions. Nothing unexpected, and the interviewers in both were great. But it was hard to stay focused and sharp for 1.5 hours while being asked back-to-back questions
