I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Earthjustice in Feb 2021
Interview
The whole interview-response timeline took about 3 months to complete. After I applied, it took them about a month to contact me. We set up an interview, which because of Covid, had to be through a conference call. I was told that I would be hearing back from them within the next 2-4 weeks to see if I get a 2nd interview. However, after I inquired about the interview process/timeline about a month after the initial interview, I didn't hear back from them for 4 months!!! At that point, I already started at another job and even if I had been offered the position, they were so unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time, that I would not want to work there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview consisted of 5-6 people on the same call. It was difficult to fully understand what everyone was saying because of the low quality of the call and their noise in the background. Out of about 10 questions, only 3-4 were about my qualifications/job related.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Earthjustice in Dec 2022
Interview
The whole process took about 3 months. It started with an initial phone screen, then group interview. I then submitted a conflicts and reference check and got the offer a week after.
The process was pretty standard. There was 20 minute phone screen and then an hour group interview. Once the group interview was complete, they did a reference check. It all took a little over a month to complete once I received the invitation to phone screen.

Question 1
Describe a situation when you received feedback. What, if anything, did you do with it?
35 minute phone screening about background/qualifications, then a 1.5 hour-long video interview focused on behavioural questions. Nothing unexpected, and the interviewers in both were great. But it was hard to stay focused and sharp for 1.5 hours while being asked back-to-back questions
