I received a follow-up email after my application weeks later. During the interview I was asked questions that did not really have to do with my ability to perform the work, but about how I would make others feel. They said they'd let me know in the next few weeks, which turned into months! I received a "courtesy" email about four months after I already started working somewhere else. I hoped for this to be more professional but it just wasted my time.
