We apologize for the experience you had with us as we work tirelessly to ensure that each interaction aligns to our values of honoring people. Admittedly, our process in longer than some. We are committed to finding the right fit for our teams and for those candidates that are interested in joining EWTC. We find our project is common for a marketing role, and out of respect for our candidates, we would never ask someone to invest in “real brand” work - but rather a hypothetical study to understand their thought process, brand voice, and passion for our products.
