I applied online. I interviewed at Eastman (Kingsport, TN) in Mar 2015
Interview
The day started off with breakfast with a potential coworker followed by several one-on-one interviews with potential hiring managers and managers I would interact with on a regular basis. I got a plant tour by potential coworker and spoke with an HR representative about benefits. Everyone was polite, inviting, and was very interested in evaluating my effectiveness and how I would fit with the driven culture they were trying to cultivate.
