Applied Online, then 3 weeks later received email from HR to setup a phone interview. 2 weeks later had the 1 hour phone interview with the hiring manager. Asked about my work experience. 1 week later received an email with a couple of options for dates to go to HQs for an in person Interview. Received email from hiring manager with details about the upcoming interview. Required me to create a 30 min presentation describing myself, work history and why I want to join Eastman. I studied all about Eastman's culture and ensured my presentation showed how my past experiences tied into the culture. The interview began with me giving the presentation to the hiring Manager and 3 other Managers. Next, 2 of the Managers spent 1 hour with me asking me behavioral questions about my experience. The last hour was with the hiring Manager and her Manager for another hour of behavioral interview questions. Received an email 3 days later from the hiring manager stating she has instructed HR to make me an offer. Currently waiting on that offer.
