I was contacted by a recruiting firm in May. The recriuting firm conducted two phone screenings; one with an associate, one with a VP. In late June, I had a phone interiview with the hiring manager at Eastman. About a month later, I was brought to Kingsport for an on-site interview. I interviewed with six people, including three business unit managers and a VP/GM all for about one hour each. Received offer two days later.

Interview
Spoke to a contract HR representative who set me up for a personality profile, then a 2-hour business case review (1 hour to prepare / 1 hour to present via Zoom or similar). 1-hour follow-up with another internal employee via Zoom or similar. 3.5+ hours invested without ever speaking to a hiring manager. Passed everything with flying colors and was then told that the hiring manager passed without ever talking to me. The company appeared to have no regard for the candidate's time. Never again.
