Interview
Telephonic interview followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview was day long wich involved presenting a technical topic and 7 interviews. Casual interaction and site tour on the day earlier. Hiring process can be long drawn which i believe is because of the elaborate internal vetting process and just the size of the organization.
