I applied online and within a week I was asked to do a Teams interview with the Maintenance Manager and a Maintenance Scheduler. A week after this interview I was asked to do another Teams interview this time with the Hr Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Planner. A week after that interview, I was asked to come and do a site visit and interview in person with the Plant Manager and Engineering Manager. Because I have chosen not to get the Covid vaccine at this time, I was asked to provide a negative test 72 hrs before visiting the site. This was on a Monday so I scheduled my test for the following day. I informed the HR rep that the clinic told me it would up too 72 hrs before I received the results. She then stated that they wanted to do the interview on Friday morning at 8am. We were in constant contact throughout the week and I did not receive the results of my test until 9am Friday which was 72 hrs. I contacted the HR rep and she told me she was waiting to see when they could reschedule. After two weeks on not hearing from Eastman, I reached out to the HR rep. A couple of hours later I received the Dear John email stating they have decided to peruse other applicants. After this, I am glad I did not receive an offer from Eastman Anniston if this is how they operate.
