Corresponded with Eastman for 4 months regarding an open account manager position after having been contacted by a recruiter. After several interviews, you are asked to participate in a sales roleplay with materials given to you 24 hours prior. The roleplay is more so an antiquated push at getting an candidate to "hard sell" the potential client. The experience was extremely awkward and outdated. Think "sell me this pen" type of interview... After this experience, I would be skeptical to ever apply for a position at Eastman again.
