I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Eastman (Kingsport, TN) in Jul 2013
Interview
I arrived at Eastman for a full day of interviews. With the Kingsport site being the headquarter site, there were a lot of positions open at the time of my interview, so I was able to visit with various teams both within research and analytical science. I participated in both panel interviews and one on ones, and both were relatively relaxed and enjoyable. I could immediately feel what the culture was like during my interview process, and everyone was extremely kind and courteous. I also received tours throughout various parts of the plant. Overall, like many interviews, there were some nervous feelings, but the interview process was fun compared to what I've experienced in the past.
