I was interviewed prior to the restaurant/market/cafe opening in the Aventura Mall in Miami, FL. It was very quick but went well. They had me check in by using a QR code and it afforded me the opportunity to also upload my resume. I had a hard copy of my resume with me so I didn't upload it. I then waited no more than 5 minutes and spoke with the FOH manager. Within about 15-20 minutes he offered me the position.

They asked me about my duties from clocking in to clocking out as a server at a different establishment,
It's easy going if you present yourself in a good way. Strong customer service skills and mandatory previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant. If you don't have enough experience you would probably want to apply for a busser job, which is also not bad.
