I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton in Feb 2012
Interview
Started with a phone screen from HR which lasted 30 minutes. Consisted of situational job experiences. The next week I received a short call from the Hiring Manager which lasted about 10 minutes maybe less. From there I received an invitation for an in person interview. It was a panel interview. Lasted 2 hours with 4 people. 2 people the first hour. 2 people the second hour. All situational type questions. Wanted to see how I thought and handled different situations.
