I had a first interview with recruiter, second interview with a hiring manager, both gave great feedback. Then comes the newly appointed regional manager who decided to put the role on hold. He had the nerve to tell me what a great impression I had made on the team. Well, that is great to hear now that the job has been pulled. It was a blessing in disguise.

Eaton had a very standard interview process for their interns. The interviews were phone interviews because of Covid regulations. There were a couple rounds of interviews. They had Star Method questions with very personable and caring interviewers.
