Interview
I submitted my resume online and was contacted the next day to schedule a telephone interview for that day. After I submitted my scheduling preferences for that day, as requested, I received an email telling me the recruiter was booked , offering me an alternative day 5 days later. The recruiter called and right off the bat it was evident that she was an amateur at best and was reading from an interview guideline. She rattled off questions like a machine gun and there was zero conversation about anything. I asked several questions and she was unable to give me much of an answer to any of them. She asked me the same questions over and over but in a different format. I felt like I was being interviewed by a robot. When I asked what kind of professional development the company had to offer, she told me there was none. I abruptly ended the interview. Sorry, not interested in the amateur hour.

Easy, three interviews. Meet with recruiter and then sales manager. They want to make sure you are there to hustle. Will ask about past experience. Asks if you’re willing to do cold calls.

It is a multi-tier interview process. From the beginning Bailey was extremely helpful and she excited me for the sales role. She was very knowledgably about the position and about the company in general.
