I had a positive interview experience for the Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative position. The interviewer was professional, friendly, and clearly explained the role and expectations. The process was smooth, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss how my 12 years of customer service and technical support experience can contribute to the team.
