They'll first schedule you for an initial intake interview with a regular Human Resources person where the questions are mostly basic behavioral questions. Then, after passing that, they send you to two leaders that represent the two divisions of their R&D: the "laboratory side" where they formulate their products, and the "commercialization side" where they scale up these products and turn them into real-world deliverables.
