I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ecolab (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
Met at career fair, resume forwarded to HR. HR random phone interview with basic questions like why do you want to work here, then flew out to Houston. Had a dinner/mixer the first night, it was your chance to meet the people who will interview you tomorrow and ask questions about the position.
The next day was just interviewing with those people in a round robin form. All but one of the interviewers was good. One of the interviewers was very politically correct, and seemed to have assumptions about you. I wouldn't have joined just because of him.
These people actually think this is a sales job, instead of an operations job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Houston, TX) in May 2014

You will be interviewed by 6 different people all within the same day. Each interview is about 30 minutes and consists of many of the same questions. Some of the interviewers were more serious others were more light and friendly.
