Interview
Was contacted through email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, they said they would call me a few days later to set up a personal interview. They called back the next morning. We set up a group interview at the Sugar Land office, where I was interviewed by senior members of the department I would be entering. There was two people in the office plus one person on the phone and they barraged me with questions for about 30 minutes and told me they would get back in contact with me in a couple of days. After ~4 days, the boss of the department contacted me via phone, and asked a few questions and then said she'd call back the next day. It was about 2 days until I heard from them with a job offer via email.

Not great. HR could have been more clear about the role before moving me on. It was a waste of time. The role wasn't listed correctly and was more technical in nature.

Online Vorstellungsgespräch, angenehme Atmosphäre, Dauer ca. 20 Minuten, netter Umgang und insgesamt positives Erlebnis. Nur eine Person. Rückmeldung dauerte jedoch relativ lange und die Kommunikation war nach dem Gespräch war teilweise etwas mangelhaft.
Very easy zoom calls, very timely, first interview very easy, second zoom interview very hard, really went over details of the position and if I had the skills for them.
