I applied online and then received an email to have a phone interview about two weeks later. After the phone interview I did an internet test to make sure that my internet was fast enough for the job. When I was approved for that I received an email stating that they were interested in a face to face interview the following week. On the personal interview day, I interviewed with two individuals who went over the details of the job for about 5-10 minutes followed by a web interview with two individuals out of MN. I was hired on the spot!

Interview
I applied online. I was sent an email couple days later for a phone interview to set up. The phone interview was roughly 15 to 25 minutes long. She asked basic questions of why you want to work for Ecolab what it is that you were looking for. They describe the position in detail. If you passed the phone interview then you move on to an on-site interview for roughly 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes will be with the recruitment/hr reps and the other half Will be with actual supervisors in the department. They hopefully inform you of when they're going to let you know when you got the position. I received a call couple days later. It all went smoothly.
