What you expect with most professional interviews: starts with a phone screening > hiring manager > regional manager. Most questions were behavioral ones where they ask about your previous experience and possible scenarios + situations.

Name a time a customer was unhappy at your previous employer and how did you solve that issue?
I was stage well, with direct questions to find the best candidate for the position. The interview did not last as long as it was stated. It was a 27 minute interview. Not Bad!

The process was straight forward. Experience in taking things a part and willingness to learn seems essential. Previous experiences as a territory sales representative or a self managed person after training seems very valuable as well.

Very smooth first-round interview with a screener, where she explained a lot about the company, benefits, and work duties. The interview lasts for an hour and 20 minutes. The interviewer went through my resume and asked about all my previous experiences.
