Interview
After visiting with the representatives at our campus career fair, I was contacted the same day in order to schedule an on campus interview the for the following day. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. There were three interviewers who all were very enthusiastic about the work with the company.

The process was easy and fast. The first interview was with two Nalco water employees (district representative and account manager) in which they asked easy questions about myself and my interest in Nalco water. Then a second interview with a district manager in which some harder situational questions were asked.

The first interview was with HR over the phone and was easy. Just basic questions to get to know you. The second interview was a few weeks after. I was interviewed by two people and they asked 2 behavioral questions each. I felt like one was very nice and interested but the other wasn't.
