Absolutely the worst interview I’ve experienced professionally. Made it through about 5 interviews and a ride along, before my last interview. The first several interview were average- basic questions and not much energy around them. The questions during my final interview were oddly personal, clearly not job related, unprofessional, and in my opinion toed the EEOC line. I was told my final interview was to dot the i’s and cross the t’s before my offer, was shown my potential office, etc. After the bizarre final interview I was ghosted and never received a response from Ecolab again. Luckily, I had another offer with a much more professional company that I gladly accepted.

Question 1
Asked about my childhood, personal family questions, indirectly inquired about something medical in my history, inappropriate questions about my veteran status and mixed it in with off the cuff mental math and “trick” questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ecolab in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview talked with the company's mission hand discussed their products. took 35 mins to interview at a hiring event. Long story short, i didnt get the job due to a curveball question. "If your supervisor was here, what would he say?" I messed up the question and missed out on a good opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Milan) in Feb 2019
