A 4 step process of phone screening and virtual interviews. About a 4 week process which seems longer than most interviewing processes. The actual experience is good outside of the long wait between interviews and knowing if your selected to move on.

Interview
Initial interview with hiring manager, then district manager, then above leadership. Similar questions, “tell me about a time” standards as well as work history, skills, application. Each interview was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, with 4-5 days in between the next.

Tell me about a time when you intervened in a food safety situation?
They had a very in depth interview process allowing for full understanding of the scope of work. All interviewers were incredible friendly and professional. I went through 3 interviews before receiving an offer.
