Interview
I had a phone screen that was not too difficult. I was ghosted afterwards after the initial screen, which was a pretty big bummer. I really liked this company, and wanted to work here.
The interview was conducted in English and included questions about my previous experience, the most challenging tasks I handled, and my involvement in projects or management discussions. I was also asked about my university background, favorite subjects, and given financial case tasks in Excel to test both analytical thinking and knowledge of functions.
