I only had a phone interview with an HR representative and a few hours later I got an offer via email. The phone call was very laid back and most of the conversation we discussed my previous internship experiences as well as classes that could prepare me for the position. The HR representative gave insight into what my role would be like as an intern and explained the work the health team does.
