I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edelman (Washington, DC) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn and after a lengthy back and forth, we set up a phone interview. The call itself was pleasant, more of a "get-to-know-you" kind of conversation than a "let's-test-your-qualifications" interview. No really hard questions, but the recruiter was very enthusiastic about her team, really hyping up how great the team is. After we hung up, I sent her a thank-you note. And that was the last contact. Never heard back from her or the company, which I found disappointing (not about not getting an offer, just that there was no follow-up at all; surprising for a PR company, I'd say).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a third party recruiter who set everything up and was really friendly. I had a call with him and within a week Edelman reached out to set up the interview. I met with two CDs individually for about an hour and a half. Everything went swimmingly and was told to follow up with questions about the position that they were happy to answer. I emailed thank you's and a few remaining questions the next day to the recruiters and CDs. I never heard back, waited a week and then followed up again. No answer. Ghosted.
