Pretty typical. Applied on line. Had a 15 minute phone screen with the recruiter then interviewed with 3 people.

Initial Phone screening with HR; Then met with the manager and VP. Called back a week later to meet with Regional Director, and Another Director for a different department. Typical interview (why are you looking to leave, strength and weaknesses) mostly a conversational interview.
