Interview
Three interviews - with two directors and one senior manager. Pretty informal, get-to-know you interviews. Following that was a writing test and presentation with 2 senior managers/ managers in the room who ask questions related to your presentation.

I got a phone interview with HR and an online interview with 2 hiring managers. The questions were pretty straightforward, we talked about my experience in managing clients and projects.

Describe one time you manage a project from start to finish
Appreciated tests done. 3 rounds of interviews with different team members. Tests was written and situational. Easy and good communications with the interviewers. HR team was clear on steps. Probably appreciated meeting in person.
