Emailed my CV and Cover Letter to the CEO and was referred to the HR head, who then contacted me to arrange a phone interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes.

Self-introduction, specifics about previous working experience, exhibition of language skills
it was a three way process where they shortlisted our resume and then had an interview with us and finalizing based on an assignment. which was okayish to do and over all interview was nice and HR was good.
