An initial Zoom interview followed by an in person interview and a chance to meet the wider team. In my case it was followed up with a third interview to meet a senior person who couldn't join the previous one - not sure if this is an outlier.

The interview was largely built around a hypothetical client challenge - which most of the questions then focused on unpacking.
