Interview process was rather quick. First round was a screen, then it was to meet the team, and then a presentation, and then it was meeting the MD, and then you get a final call to inform you whether you've gotten the role.

Completed a writing test which was quite straightforward. This was then followed by three online interviews (One with HR first, then with two senior managers, then finally with a director)

The HR gave me a clear understanding of the reqruitment process. The Interview took around 2 months from HR interview to offering. There were 3 interviews HR, User 1 interview (with AD and AM) and User 2 (With the head, AD and AM).

It might be an intense process but the interview process itself is excellent in preparing a fresh grad for the world of PR. The case studies presented are well-thought-out and gives a candidate a very good opportunity to share their knowledge with a real-life context.
