Straightforward, brief, and structured. Met with the team that would manage me, as well as the team I'd be in charge of managing. Most interviewers asked the same questions which made it easy to refine my answer during the process.
Overall moved quickly and efficiently, but when it came time to share they were moving in another direction, they were slow to update. Seemed like a typical agency/consulting firm culture and work-wise.
