Interview
Had a phone interview first with 2 employees which was around 30mins long, then was invited into the office for an hour long interview - part of which was a copywriting exercise.
This exercise was very simple: a page of text with spelling & grammatical errors which I had to correct.
The face to face interview involved the HR employee who asked me some quick questions for 5 mins, then the main bulk of interview was with the 2 I had the phone call with, then the Head of Marketing at the end was called in and interviewed me for around 10mins.
