I interviewed for two separate roles over the period of 2-3 months. The on-site interview went very well for the RM job (it was a 3 hour on-site with multiple members of the company - pretty fun); I even received confirmation over email afterwards that the team felt I would be a good fit for the job and then .... I never did hear anything more after that despite multiple follow ups. The 2nd job (IT position) interview process was much quicker; I would say that is due to a more responsive manager who took their time to keep me informed. In any case, I did not get either job. My strong critique is to not have an individual come in for a long on-site, say that I'm a good fit, and then never follow up. I waited to hear back for weeks. CSI should refresh their job postings online and only interview for jobs they are actively filling. I got the sense they didn't really need to hire anyone at the time they brought me in.
