Really well-organized interview where scheduled employees meet with you one-on-one. Questions were very typical and HR type, but prepare to talk through multiple awkward pauses because they like to write everything down.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to work with someone you didn't get along with
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care (Dover, DE)
Interview
The company seems not to be organized. Changed the schedule a couple of time before going. A few interviewee not appeared and changed the schedule in same day again. They don't know whom they want. I felt I couldn't get offer and it wasted my time. Most of interviewee were management people and there was just one engineer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care
Interview
I was supposed to meet with 8 people over the course of 4-6 hours. However, when I arrived, only 3 people were on-site and/or able to actually sit with me. And of those 3, only 1 even knew/remembered/were prepared that I was there for an interview. So it was an unorganized, mess of an interview.
