I had a phone screening with HR, then met with the hiring manager. That seemed to go well as I was called for another interview with him, plus another person on the team. After multiple followups with HR, I was ghosted. I don't mind not getting an offer, but it's extremely unprofessional to not at least let a candidate know that the company is going in a different direction.
