Question 1
How would you market sunscreen during the off seasons?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care (Shelton, CT) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was extremely efficient and well-managed. The recruiter was fantastic and very knowledgeable about both the role and the category - this is very rare in an initial screening. I was invited for an on-site shortly after where I met with 3 members of the hiring team. The conversations were very enjoyable and consisted of behavioral questions and chats about the category and industry. Two additional phone interviews were scheduled immediately after so the entire process took less than a week! It’s truly a wonderful company with a very passionate, talented team and the culture is great! It was very difficult to turn down - and the only reason was location!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to give feedback to or push back on a team member or manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care (Shelton, CT)
Interview
The HR was very slow to respond from the initial contact. Seems a bit disorganized in my opinion. From there I had a phone screen with the recruiter then a couple weeks later I received an in-person interview date. I didn't meet with anyone on my role level, but a couple levels up, VP and then HR (in total about 5 people). It wasn't stuffy, they asked specific questions on a list and explained the process and then it became conversational. After the interview I didn't hear from anyone for a couple weeks so I followed up and then heard back with an offer a week later, to which I gladly accepted.
