The job position was for a junior role in Germany. I had my initial interview directly with the marketing manager. During the interview, they presented me with a challenging case study, which took me several hours to complete and prepare a presentation for. They asked questions related to the case study, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any feedback on whether they liked my presentation or not. Afterwards, the recruiter started asking me questions in a very robotic and impersonal manner, which made me feel like I was being interrogated rather than having a genuine conversation. Unfortunately, after that, I didn't hear back from them, which was disappointing, especially considering that a recruiter's process can reflect how a company values its candidates.
