Interview
The interview was approximately 3 hours and consisted of several smaller 1:1 and 1:2 interviews with employees from multiple associated departments. The questions were highly specific and tailored to the role. The interviewers were well- informed and able to answer specific questions about the daily duties and interworkings of the department.
