I had multiple phone/Zoom calls and then received the assignment. I probably put more effort into it than needed, but felt the assignment details were appropriate for the position. I thought it gave me a good chance for them to see my thought processes, how I work, and how I would potentially sound on the phone. I appreciated the communication between rounds and the expectations on next steps seemed reasonable. It was about a week after the presentation when I received an offer.
