Smooth and easy. Not many technical questions but focus more on the past experiences. Its more like discussion rather than formal question and answer. They asked about Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Do you have any experience in Optical manufacturing?
Took three months, three total rounds, was updated throughout the process by HR. Overall, a little long, but pleasant experience. Job is as described in interviews, everyone was friendly throughout.
Two rounds of interview. One with line manager and another with upper management. The questions were not difficult and mostly to understand the motive and character of individual. No test administered.
