Edward Don interview questions

Sent resume off for admin position. Got call and went in for interview to Woodridge, IL location. HR person was totally clueless. Hiring manager and team was a little better but not much. Hiring manager suggested that I also apply for a team lead/manager position that was also open so I did. My mistake. About 2 weeks later I get an email indicating that I selected for an interview for the team lead/manager, despite the fact that would have been with the SAME hiring manager that I met, and then 2 months (yes, MONTHS!) after that I get an automated email indicating that I am not being selected for an additional interview for the admin position I met with them one. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

2 steps phone screen and then panel interview. SAP Training was a big plus. They care you know how to do what you're being asked to do. I liked the team environment and a genuine concern for 'doing it right'. Their commitment came through loud and clear.
