Interview
First the recruiter reaches out & you receive a link to an on-demand interview. I think it consisted of 5 questions. If you do well they’ll ask you to complete a formal application online. If they like what they see they will contact you again and have you come in for a f2f interview. This interview was mainly questions that had to be answered based on experience. Upon completion of that I had to fill out an assessment of how I would handle different situations.

Question 1
Describe a difficult workplace situation and describe how you handled it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
