No. Just no. Terribly impersonal. After a couple weeks you get a spam looking email requiring candidates to record a video of themselves with no input from the actual company or a real human being what-so-ever. Boilerplate/completely standard questions that have nothing to do with the job I was applying for or even anything about the field. Great way to show potential candidates they are nothing more than a number and you do not care about them in the least. Only desperate people will go through this process and leave as soon as they find another job. The interview process shows pretty clearly that this company does not value it's (potential) employees.
