Interview
Initial Phone interviews with HR and the recruiting coordinator. Then they scheduled an in person interview with a team of senior leaders in their head office in St. Louis. The process was simple and straight forward. Though due to scheduling conflicts with the leadership team and Ed Jones' internal award seasons, my process was a bit too stretched out from phone interview to in-person meetings.
