Edward Jones Systems Analyst interview questions

I really wanted to work here. Love their philosophy, company culture. I've had at least 4 video 'interviews', where you log into a portal, and they ask a question, and you tape your answer. So impersonal. Then after doing this, your application goes nowhere, until two months later, they send the rejection letter. No feedback, No human interaction. I'm done applying here.
