Pretty standard interview process. They did do a group interview for the onsite interview which was a little different. Their HQ campus is very nice. The PMO large enough that it is its own group within the company across there different divisions.

Had three round of interviews - with the recruiter, director and sr. director with 30 min durations individually. Overall interviews were easy and questions were more on behavioral. After 3rd round of interview, there was no communications whatsoever despite multiple follow-ups. Literally ghosted me. Looks like they had candidate already selected and wanted to have additional interviews done from process/nos. perspective. I got a better job in a better organization, stay away from this organization if possible.

Initial phone screening with internal HR, then first interview was with project managers in the office including the senior project manager. Once past this stage I was scheduled for three further interviews with a range of directors including the hiring manager. The number of interviews was tough but if you are well prepared with your research done it’s fine.
