I applied in August, the recruiter reached out to me in early Oct, took a week for phone interview, another 2 weeks for second interview. The senior manager wanted to reschedule third one, but waited 2 more weeks still got nothing from them, and I have to contact them for updates. However, the recruiter told me they have moved forward to another candidate without any updates. Apparently their internal communication sucks, and let me wasted 3 months.
